Our newly remodeled unit is located in the historic Elektra condominium building, constructed in 1949 for the Seattle World Fair - where the Space Needle also made its debut! LOCATION Walk Score: 98 Transit Score: 100 Bike Score: 78 The best spots in the city are in walking distance: Pike Place Market, the waterfront, downtown shopping, Paramount Theater and the city's top bars and restaurants. Convenient access to the stadiums, Climate Pledge Arena, the Space Needle, and University of Washington. Located right next to the Seattle Convention Center. SPACE Our 6th floor unit is a cozy 1BD with a queen-sized memory foam mattress & pillows in the bedroom, and a queen-sized pull out bed in the living room. Enjoy movies and shows from the 55'' smart TV, with access to streaming apps, and fast wi-fi. The kitchen is fully stocked with the dishes, utensils, pots & pans, and spices to make a homemade meal. For your comfort, we also have a dedicated workspace and washer/dryer combo. The rooftop deck features expansive views of downtown. Every little detail has been thought through to give you the most comfortable stay.

No parking spot is included with this unit. If you plan on bringing a car, please note that the only available parking options are paid street parking or a nearby garage. If you’re bringing your pet, please note the following rules: 1) Pet must be crated if left alone in the condo. 2) Pet is not permitted on furniture, including couches and beds.

Walking: The best option! With a walk score of 97, you can walk everywhere. No car needed! Light Rail: Westlake station is walking distance (about 10 mins) and takes you directly to the airport (about 45 mins ride). Bike Sharing: Plenty of bike shares can be found within a few blocks. Bus: Transit score of 100. A major transit center (Convention Center Station) is a couple blocks away. Buses can take you to many places in the Seattle/Tacoma metropolitan area. Uber/Lyft: Abundant throughout the city. Driving: Sorry, no parking is included. There are neighboring garages that charge a nightly rate (~$30/night as we are downtown).
