**Please note: This apartment is a self-contained unit with a separate entrance on the 1st floor of a house. You will hear noise transfer from tenants in the unit above during the day. They have quiet hours from 10 pm-7 am, to ensure you get uninterrupted sleep. We also provide ear plugs and a sound machine. If you’re bringing your pet, please note the following rules: 1) Pets must be crated if left alone in the unit. 2) Pet is not permitted on furniture, including couches and beds.
