You’ll have full access to the entire house, including the outdoor deck and private backyard. The driveway is available for parking up to 2 vehicles. Note: the garage is not accessible to guests.

Other Details to Note

By booking, you agree to observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM daily. Please keep noise to a minimum to respect our neighbors. If you’re bringing your dog(s), please note the following rules: 1) Dogs must be crated if left alone at the house. 2) You are responsible for cleaning up after your dog in the yard; failure to do so will result in an additional $100 cleaning fee. 3) Bring a towel to wipe your dog(s) feet after going outside to minimize tracking mud and dirt inside. This is especially important when it's rainy. 4) Dogs are not permitted on furniture, including couches and beds.
