Guest Access

You’ll have access to the main house, including the outdoor deck and private backyard. The driveway is available for parking up to 2 vehicles. You won’t have access to the bottom floor apartment - it is a separate unit with no shared spaces. If you're interested in renting that unit out too, check out my other listings! Note: the garage is not accessible to guests.

We kindly ask that you follow our house rules to help keep the space comfortable for everyone.

Other Details to Note

By booking, you agree to minimize noise during quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM daily. This is so tenants in the bottom floor unit (separate entrance) and our neighbors can get a good night’s rest. If you’re bringing your dog, please note the following rules: 1) Dog cannot be left alone in the house, unless they are crated. 2) You are responsible for cleaning up after your dog in the yard; failure to do so will result in an additional cleaning fee. 3) Dog is not permitted on furniture, including couches and beds.
