Ballard is one of the best neighborhoods in Seattle. We have amazing coffee houses, breweries, and restaurants - some walking distance from our home. We're also home to Golden Gardens Park where you can watch the sunset from the beach, the Ballard Locks for watching seals and salmon, and the Ballard Farmers Market - one of the largest in the city.

Good to know
Our studio has 12 foot tall ceilings with a queen-size bed, flat-screen LED TV, kitchenette with stove, sink, microwave, and refrigerator, and a desk/chair for you to work when you're not out and about exploring the city!
Other Details to Note
We are in a convenient location on a main road, but that means you'll hear road noise from vehicles in the studio. There are long-term renters who live upstairs and you may also occasionally hear them (though they try to be quiet and respectful). We have ear plugs and a sound machine for you to use if you are sensitive to noise. If you’re bringing your pet, please note the following rules: 1) Pets must be crated if left alone in the unit. 2) Pet is not permitted on furniture, including couches and beds.
